The Nebraska last will and testament is a legally binding document that outlines the testator’s desires for the allocation of their possessions, the care of their children, and other affairs after their death. A personal representative, legally referred to as the executor, is a designated individual who has the responsibility of supervising the allocation of the estate in accordance with the provisions outlined in the will.
Our Nebraska Wills are printable and can be downloaded in case you want to edit or customize the document. We have wills for persons with and without children, and for those who are single, married, and remarried. We also have a specialized will for grandparents.
